RETURNS

It is important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, therefore we offer an exchange for a different size or style (where accessible) or returned for a credit note valid for 6 months.

Items may be sent back provided they comply with the following statements:

  1. The item is unworn and in original condition with all tags still attached.
  2. The item is not an outlet item.
  3. The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery date.
  4. A receipt and proof of purchase is available.

ERRAY reserves the right to deny a credit note or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the above qualifications being: returns beyond the return period limit,  items which are not in the original condition in which they were received or it is an outlet item. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by ERRAY.

Please note:

*Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

*Shipping back the items to Erray’s headquarters are at customers expense. In the circumstance that the item does not comply with our returns policy, you, the customer will have to pay for shipping, in order for the item to be returned back to you.

Exchange shipping charges will need to be paid by the customer before the exchange item(s) are dispatched from our warehouse.

RETURNS HOW-TO:

  1. Complete the RETURN FORM included with your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Be sure to cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
  2. Send your return package to: Address to be provided through email (please email: info@erray.com.au)
  3. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
  4. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Returns will be placed onto a store credit in which customer will receive via email. 

LATE RETURNS: Items should be returned within 14 days of the receiving date. Returns outside this timeframe may be denied at the discretion of ERRAY for a store credit note or exchange.

AFTERPAY RETURNS

Should you wish to return something you have purchased using AfterPay, the return process is still the same! 

Please note: Your personal agreement with Afterpay is separate to ERRAY. This agreement still stands and it is the responsibility of the customer to continue in the scheduled fortnightly repayments. Any late fees associated with non-payment will be held liable to the customer.  

**If you have been approved for a refund in the case of a faulty item or special circumstance we ask that you continue to pay fortnightly until AfterPay have advised of an end to your repayment commitment with them. 

WAREHOUSE/OUTLET SALE:

ERRAY Outlet styles are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and not eligible for a return. This includes change of mind or for reasonable flaws in the items. Prices reflect the Warehouse/Outlet Sale items.

Any unauthorised Final Sale items which are posted back to ERRAY will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.

Please note: ‘Outlet Items’ are items under the Outlet section of our website. When clicking into an outlet product you will be advised via the description that it is an outlet item and that the outlet item is final. 

FAULTY RETURNS

We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition when delivered to you. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement, store credit or full refund provided:

  • ***The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached.
  • You notify us within 14 days from delivery date via our info@erray.com.au email including the order number, a brief description of the fault in your item(s) as well as pictures that show the item fault to be assessed by our customer service team before the item is returned.

At ERRAY, we strive to reduce our impact on the environment and encourage product sustainability. Should you find a minor fault with an item a repair reimbursement is the first and preferred option. 

Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, we appreciate your patience during this period. 

SHIPPING 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within Australia for all orders over $300.

Orders within Australia can expect the following rates:

* Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under $300.

* Express shipping is a flat rate of $12.95 for all orders.

* All orders over $300 within Australia will receive free standard shipping.

* For standard shipping, please allow 4-6 working days to receive your delivery within Australia.

* For express shipping, please allow 2-4 working days to receive your delivery within Australia

All orders are delivered via Australian Registered Post or Sendle via a third party (Courier Please) and will be left at your preferred address, unless stated otherwise upon checkout. If your address is unattended at the time of delivery and you have not provided authority to leave, a collection card will be left for you and your parcel will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to sender. Unfortunately we do not have control over Australian Registered Post, thus if there is a delay from their end, we will do everything we can to make sure you get your order.

Please note that during busy promotional and sale periods some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. If this is the case you may allow between 2-5 business days to process your order.

* We must have an accurate and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact number.

International Deliveries 

For delivery international shipping the following applies:

* Standard shipping flat rate of $30 for all orders

* For standard international shipping, please allow up to 15 working days from purchase.

* An interest for express international shipping can be inquired through email info@erray.com.auwhere our team will be happy to be of assistance.

* Orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

* All parcels are sent using Australia International Standard Shipping. Upon arrival in the destination country, all orders are distributed by the local post services.

*  Postal fee does not include possible taxes and duties, which will be charged to the receiver upon delivery. ERRAY is unable to provide additional information in relation to your local taxes, it is best you contact your local customs office for further information.

ERRAY may in certain cases contact you to provide validation of shipping address and your credit card details before dispatching your order.
